The Hamilton COVID Concierge for Business is a one-stop resource centre and phone line that aims to support Hamilton businesses with their COVID-19 questions and concerns.

Hamilton businesses can reach the COVID Concierge by:

Calling us at 905-521-3989. 

The phone line is available for businesses from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm and is closed on weekends and all statutory holidays. When you call the COVID Concierge, you will have 4 options:

  1. PRESS 1 for questions relating to federal or provincial grants, subsidies or employment supports
  2. PRESS 2 for questions relating to small business operational matters and municipal financial incentive programs
  3. PRESS 3 for municipal licensing or by-law, and COVID-19 regulations applicable to your business
  4. PRESS 4 for the Hamilton Public Health COVID-19 Hotline
